These terms apply when you use Toneli. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old, or 16 where that is the applicable age in your country. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details private. One person, one account.
You keep ownership of the photographs you upload and of the results you produce. You are free to use them, including commercially.
You confirm that you hold the rights to every photograph you upload, and that you have the consent of anybody identifiable in it. When you publish to the community you grant us the limited permission needed to store and display that image inside Toneli. That permission ends when you remove the post.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or for abusive behaviour on Toneli. Content that breaks the rules below is removed, and accounts that produce it are restricted or closed.
Every published post and every comment can be reported from the app, and any user can be blocked. Blocking is mutual and takes effect immediately.
Reported content is removed from the feed immediately and reviewed within 24 hours.
Removal on report is automatic, so it does not wait for anybody to be awake. The author keeps access to their own post and is told it is under review. If the report was mistaken the post is restored.
We also check every image and its accompanying text before it is published. Content that fails the check is refused; borderline content is held for review rather than published.
Enforcement escalates, except where a violation is severe enough to skip straight to the end:
Sexual content involving minors, credible threats, and non-consensual intimate imagery are treated as severe from the first instance, and are reported to the authorities where the law requires it.
If your content was removed or your account restricted and you believe it was wrong, write to support@toneli.app from the address on your account. Tell us what was removed and why you think the decision was mistaken. We keep a record of every moderation action, so the decision can be explained to you and reversed if it was wrong. We respond within 24 hours.
If you are not a Toneli user and content in the app affects you — a photograph of you published without your consent, or material infringing your copyright — write to support@toneli.app. You do not need an account. Include a link or description of the content and how it affects you. We respond within 24 hours and remove content while we investigate.
Results are produced by AI models. They are approximations, not corrections of the record. A model may redraw parts of an image it was not asked to change, may alter faces, and may produce a result that does not match what you expected. Do not use Toneli to produce anything you intend to present as an unaltered photograph of a real event.
The service depends on third-party AI infrastructure and may be interrupted, degraded, or changed. Features may be added or withdrawn. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
You can close your account at any time by writing to support@toneli.app from the address on your account. Closing deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may close an account that repeatedly breaks these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.
If we change these terms we will update the effective date above and tell you in the app when a change is material.
