Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Toneli account and the data linked to it in either of two ways. The first is instant and lives inside the app. The second works by email and needs nothing installed, so it is the route to use if you have already removed Toneli from your phone.

01 From inside the app

If Toneli is still installed and you are signed in, this is the fastest way and it takes effect straight away:

• Open Profile, then Settings.
• Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and everything listed below are removed immediately.

02 By email, after you have uninstalled

If you no longer have the app, write to us from the email address on your account. You do not need to reinstall Toneli.

Email a deletion request

Or send a message yourself to support@toneli.app with the subject Delete my account. So we can find the right account and confirm it is yours, please write from the email address on the account, or tell us the display name you used. We reply to every request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

03 What deletion removes

Closing your account deletes the account and everything linked to it:

• Your profile, display name and avatar.
• The photographs you uploaded and every edited result saved to your account.
• Any posts you published to the community, including their public copies.
• Your comments, likes and reports, and the moderation records tied to your account.
• Your push-notification token and your saved preferences.

This cannot be undone. If you are on a paid plan, deleting the account does not by itself cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google; manage or cancel that in the App Store or Google Play. Purchase receipts held by Apple or Google are their records, not ours, and are outside what we can delete.
